Accurate creation of Tracey's Trainer Card?

I was wondering, if Tracey Sketchit, the character that replaced Brock for the Orange Islands arc of the Pokemon series, was a playable character in the Generation I remakes, FireRed and LeafGreen, would this be his Trainer Card:
